Ingredients

  • 250 g Noodles (e.g. fussili)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g frozen broad beans
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 4 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 8 (à 50 g) Grilled sausages
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Courgette
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, drain and allow to drain. Cook eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Cook the beans in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes, drain and drain. Drain eggs, quench, peel and cut into eighths. Peel onion and cut into very thin slices.
