Cook the pasta in salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and slice spring onions, cucumber and radishes. Dice cheese and ham. Wash and chop the dill, or pluck all flags.
Wash, quarter and core the apples. Cut the fruit flesh into pieces and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix prepared salad ingredients and capers. For the sauce, mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and remaining lemon juice.
Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Drizzle over the salad or mix with the ingredients as desired. Serve garnished with fresh herbs and caper apples.
