Fry the onions and half a garlic clove in oil, then briefly deglaze with white wine. Add the cooked tagliatelle to the pan and stir briefly.
Add half a glass of the drained pasta water. This makes the sauce really thick. Finally, stir in the fresh and dried tomatoes and season to taste with the herbs.
Add a dash of olive oil and the quick pasta is ready for the cosy DVD evening. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese and a light red wine. That's it. Not a great art, but tastes great.
