Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Quench cold and drain. Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes.
Fry in hot oil, add onion rings and fry for about 5 minutes while turning. Add peas and noodles and fry. Whisk eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into the pan and let it simmer at low heat.
Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into rings. Sprinkle pasta pan with chives and coloured pepper.
