Ingredients

  • 400 g colorful spiral noodles (Tricolore)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Vegetable Onion
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter or margarine
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 50 g Gouda cheese
  • 2 stem(s) Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Peel onion and cut into cubes. Fry both in hot fat at high heat for about 6 minutes.

    Dust flour over it. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with cream, boil up briefly, season again. Drain the noodles. Mix with the mushrooms. Grate cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for 3-4 minutes.

    Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it.
