Pasta casserole with broccoli

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 500 g broccoli, salt
  • 250 g ribbon noodles
  • 300 g Kasseler (boneless)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 30 g butter/margarine
  • 30 g Flour
  • 3/8 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1/2 (125 g) Cup of whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 7-10 Tbsp colourful pepper and parsley

Directions

    Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cook in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. Dice smoked pork loin

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the smoked pork loin in it while turning, remove. Drain the broccoli and pasta and leave to drain well on a sieve. Grate cheese coarsely

    Heat the fat in a saucepan. Sweat flour in it. Deglaze with stock and cream and bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir half of the cheese into the hot sauce

    Pour the broccoli, pasta and celery in a greased casserole dish. Pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 25-30 minutes. If necessary, sprinkle with coloured pepper and garnish with parsley
