Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (400 g) fresh pizza dough (refrigerator shelf; e.g. from Aunt Fanny)
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 500 g Baby leaf spinach
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp ground nutmeg
  • 150 g Goat gouda (piece; alternatively mozzarella)
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1⁄2 Federation Basil

Directions

    Let the pizza dough rest for about 10 minutes at room temperature. Peel shallots and garlic and dice finely. Put spinach in a sieve, wash under cold running water and drain briefly.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot. Sauté the shallots and garlic until translucent. Add spinach, cover and let it collapse for about 5 minutes. Remove the lid. Steam spinach for another 2-3 minutes while stirring.

    Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Put the spinach in a sieve, drain it, let it cool down a little and then squeeze it lightly with your hands.

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat oil in a frying pan. Brown the meat all around, add the onion, fry briefly and season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour and paprika, deglaze with cream and stock while stirring. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Wash parsley and chop finely, except for a little bit for garnishing. Arrange noodles and cream on plates, sprinkle with parsley and garnish. Preheat the oven (electric cooker: 220 °C/circulating air: 200 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Grate cheese or cut mozzarella into fine cubes. Roll out the dough with baking paper and place on a baking tray. Spread the spinach on top and sprinkle evenly with cheese.kt a mixed salad

    Bake pizza in a hot oven for about 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile wash and quarter the tomatoes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into fine strips. Mix everything.

    Stir in 2 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt and pepper. Take the pizza out of the oven. Spread tomato salsa on it and let's party!
