Ingredients

  • 3 Federation flat leaf parsley
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 30 g Walnut kernels
  • 30 g aged Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated rind of 1 untreated lemon
  • 150 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash the parsley, dab dry well. Pluck the leaves from the stalks and cut roughly into strips. Peel garlic and chop roughly. Coarsely chop the walnuts. Grate Gouda finely. Finely mash parsley, garlic, nuts, Gouda and lemon peel in the universal chopper.

    Gradually add the oil. Season to taste with salt.
