Parmesan chicken nuggets with aioli dip and chips

Ingredients

  • 750 g French fries (for the oven)
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 150 g mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Chicken filet
  • 75 g Breadcrumbs
  • 50 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Romaine lettuce leaves, tomato slices and chervil
  • 1 l oil for frying
  • baking paper

Directions

    Place the French fries on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 180-190 °C/ gas: level 3) for 18-22 minutes. Turn after 14 minutes. In the meantime, peel garlic, press it through a garlic press or chop it finely. Mix garlic with mayonnaise, season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into cubes. Mix breadcrumbs and parmesan. Season meat with salt and pepper, turn in the breadcrumbs and press on a little. Fry nuggets in hot fat until golden brown. Drain finished nuggets on kitchen paper. Season chips with salt and paprika. Arrange nuggets and chips on plates. Garnish with lettuce leaves, tomato slices and chervil. Add aioli.
