Ingredients

  • 100 g Turkey Breast
  • 1 TABLESPOON oil, salt, pepper
  • 200 g Potatoes
  • 2 (250 g) Peppers
  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 1/4 l Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1-2 Juniper berries

Directions

    Dice the turkey. Sauté in hot oil, season and remove. Peel potatoes, clean vegetables. Wash and chop both. Sauté potatoes and peppers in hot frying fat

    Add broth and spices, cook for 10-12 minutes. add turkey and broccoli, cook for about 5 minutes, season
