Paprika tomato sauce

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 green and red pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/8 l clear broth (instant)
  • 1 package (500 ml) strained tomatoes
  • 1 potty Oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into very fine cubes. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté onions and garlic in it. Add paprika and fry briefly. Deglaze with broth and stir in tomatoes.

    Wash oregano, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Chop very finely. Add to the sauce and let everything boil down at medium heat for about 15 minutes until a creamy sauce is formed. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Tastes good with spaghetti, meatloaf and meatballs
