Ingredients

  • 50 g Almond kernels without skin
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Sweet pepper
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 25 g Manchego cheese
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sweet peppers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Roast the almonds in a pan without fat. Take out and let it cool down. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel garlic. Mix all prepared ingredients with cheese and oil in a universal chopper to a pesto. Season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and sugar
