Ingredients

  • 1 Bread rolls from the previous day
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 green and red pepper
  • 1 collar Thyme
  • 500 g mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 20 g Butter or margarine

    Soak rolls in cold water. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and dice the peppers. Pluck the thyme leaves from the stalks. Knead minced meat, squeezed out roll, egg, onion, thyme and diced paprika. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Form 8 meatballs from the minced meat mixture and fry them in hot fat while turning for about 15 minutes
