Mix flour and sauce powder. Mix eggs, add milk and flour alternately. Leave to swell for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash 1 orange thoroughly and finely grate half of the peel. Peel all oranges so that the white skin is completely removed. Cut oranges into thin slices. Place them on a plate and sprinkle with 20 g sugar.
Chop the pistachios. Mix quark, remaining sugar, grated orange peel and 20 g pistachios. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the quark mixture. Stir mineral water into the pancake batter. Heat some fat in a pan and bake 8 thin pancakes one after the other. Spread the pancakes with quark while still warm, cover with orange slices and fold. Arrange on plates and serve sprinkled with remaining pistachios
