Oven fondue with peppers, turkey breast and bread sticks

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 small red, yellow and green peppers
  • 2 (320 g each) Oven cheese with herbs
  • 4 discs Onion Bread
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 250 g Turkey Breast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Place cheese on a baking tray and bake in the oven according to the instructions on the packet. Cut bread into strips, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oil and season with a little salt and pepper.

    Place bread sticks on the baking tray approx. 5 minutes before the cheese is ready and toast them. Wash the turkey breast, dab dry and cut into cubes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the diced turkey for approx. 4 minutes while turning.

    Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Remove the diced turkey from the pan. Pass bread sticks, paprika and meat cubes to the cheese.
