Ingredients

  • 125 g baby potatoes
  • 75 g calorie-reduced sausage
  • 1 tsp (5 g) Oil
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) big orange
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g Sauerkraut
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 75 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange wheels and fresh herbs

Directions

    Peel, wash and halve the potatoes. Cut the bratwurst into slices. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the potatoes for about 10 minutes while turning. Meanwhile peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed.

    Cut the orange into slices. Season potatoes with salt and pepper. Add sausage and fry for about 2 minutes. Remove everything. Orange slices in the fat swivel, take out. Heat up sauerkraut in the frying fat while turning for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile wash thyme, pluck leaves from the stalks and chop. Deglaze sauerkraut with stock, bring to the boil briefly. Add potatoes, sausage and oranges again.
