Ingredients

  • 1/2 450 g Package (3 slices) of deep-frozen puff pastry
  • 50 g streaky smoked bacon
  • 5 red onions
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Place puff pastry slices next to each other on the work surface and allow to defrost. Dice the bacon and leave it crispy in a pan without fat. In the meantime, peel red onions and cut into rings. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Put some spring onion green aside.

    Take the bacon out of the pan. Sauté the red onions and spring onions briefly in the frying fat. Whisk milk and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Halve the puff pastry slices. Roll out squares slightly. Place one square each in a small greased ramekin (approx. 10 cm Ø). Prick several times with a fork. Spread the onions on top.
