Onion cutlet with Brussels sprouts

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 160 g peeled potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 200 g cleaned Brussels sprouts
  • 1 small peeled onion
  • 1 (150 g) Pork chop
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 tablespoon (10 g) diced lean ham
  • 5-6 Tbsp low-fat milk

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and boil them covered in salted water for about 20 minutes. Wash the Brussels sprouts, cover and cook in a little salted water for about 15 minutes. Cut onion into rings. Wash and dry the cutlet

    Heat the oil in a coated pan. Fry the cutlet in it for about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Add the onion to the cutlet shortly before the end of the frying time and fry with it. Take everything out and keep warm

    Fry ham in hot frying fat until crispy. Drain the Brussels sprouts and mix them into the ham

    Drain the potatoes, add milk and mash everything finely. Season the puree with salt and nutmeg. Arrange everything
