Ingredients

  • 1 Zucchini (200 g), 1 red pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS oil, salt, pepper
  • 50-75 g Olives
  • 100 g Royalp semi-hard cheese
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Crème fraîche and herbs for garnishing

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the vegetables into pieces. Peel and chop garlic and onion. Heat the oil in an ovenproof pan. Sauté onion and garlic briefly. Steam vegetables for about 5 minutes, season. Add olives

    Grate cheese. Whisk with the eggs. Pour over the vegetables. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air:

    175 °C/gas: stage 3) Allow to stand for approx. 20 minutes. Serve with a dash of crème fraîche and possibly herbs
