Using 2 teaspoons, place about 30 piles of dough on 1-2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Press a little flatter (approx. 6 cm Ø). Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ convection oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 15 minutes, take out and let cool down on a cake rack for approx. 20 minutes
Chop the chocolate and melt it over a warm water bath. Decorate cookies with melted chocolate. Leave to dry
