Ingredients

  • 100 g Walnut kernels
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 125 g tender oats
  • 175 g soft butter
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 200 g demerara sugar
  • 2 Eggs (size M)
  • 150 g white couverture
  • baking paper

Directions

    Chop the walnuts. Mix flour, baking powder, oatmeal and nuts. Cream butter, vanilla sugar, salt and sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one by one. Add the flour mixture by the spoonful.

    Using 2 tablespoons of the dough, spread approx. 20 flat circles of dough (5-6 cm Ø) on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ circulating air: 150 °C/ gas: see

    manufacturer) bake for about 15 minutes. Take out and let cool down.

    Chop the chocolate coating and melt it over a warm water bath. Dip the cookies half each into the melted couverture, drain briefly and allow to dry.
