Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the minced meat and fry for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile cook the noodles in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Add tomato paste, garlic and paprika cubes to the minced meat and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add canned tomatoes and stock and let simmer. Pour corn and beans into a sieve and drain and add to the mince. Simmer for about 5 minutes and season with salt, pepper and some chili. Drain the noodles and let them drain. Wash the oregano, dab dry and chop the leaves coarsely. Add oregano to the sauce and arrange with the noodles on 4 plates
