Wash and quarter the pears and remove the core. Cut the pears into small cubes. Clean, wash and cut radicchio into strips. Heat oil in a pot, sauté pear cubes for about 2 minutes. Add radicchio.
Deglaze with broth. Add milk. Crumble the gorgonzola and melt in the sauce while stirring. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and keep warm
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Coarsely chop the walnuts and roast them lightly in a pan without fat, remove. Pour pasta into a sieve and drain. Add the walnuts and noodles to the sauce and stir in briefly. Arrange noodles with the sauce on plates
