Wash, dry and dice the meat. Cut tomatoes into fine strips. Peel and chop the onion. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes
Heat the oil. Fry the chicken cubes in it for about 5 minutes. Fry the onion briefly. Season everything with salt and pepper. Add approx. 1/8 l water, bring to the boil and stir in the stock. Add tomatoes and herbs and simmer for about 2 minutes
Stir the cheese into the sauce and melt in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the rocket, shake dry, pluck smaller if necessary and fold into the sauce. Drain noodles and serve with sauce
