Put the pasta in boiling salted water and cook for 10-12 minutes. Clean, wash and dice the aubergine and tomatoes. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Fry the aubergine, garlic and onion in it. Add the tomatoes and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the rocket, cut it up roughly and fold it into the vegetables with the olives.
Cut the cheese into small cubes. Drain the pasta and fold into the vegetables. Arrange noodles on a plate and serve sprinkled with cheese.
