Noodle salad with minced meat

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 250 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 Gherkins (glass)
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1/3 Pasta salad
  • 2 TABLESPOONS medium hot mustard

Directions

    Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat in it, season with salt and pepper. Cut the cucumbers into slices. Wash and clean the radishes and cut into slices. Wash parsley and chop finely.

    Stir mustard and parsley into one third of the pasta, season with salt and pepper. Fold in minced meat, cucumber and radishes. Arrange on a plate.
