Ingredients

  • 300 g Spring onions
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 200 g ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 50 g Ham nuggets extra lean - extra light
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 g roasted peanut kernels without salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Peppers clean, wash and cut into fine strips. Cook tagliatelle in plenty of boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, skip the ham nuggets in a pan. Add spring onions and bell peppers and fry for about 3 minutes.

    Deglaze with broth and cook for 5 minutes at medium heat. Drain the noodles and let them drain. Add the noodles and peanuts to the pan and fold in. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on plates and garnish with chives
