Cook the noodles in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes and let them drain on a sieve. Clean, wash and cut the leek into fine rings. Wash, clean and halve the mushrooms. Heat oil in a pan. Press the sausage mixture as small balls from the skin into the hot oil and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and leek and fry.
Add cream and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the noodles and warm up. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Sprinkle over the noodles and serve
