Noodle pan with bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g Farfalle pasta
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) red pepper
  • 200 g Sweet peas
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Cognac
  • 100 g Cream cheese with yoghurt (40 % fat less than double cream level)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Quarter the peppers, clean, wash and cut into strips. Clean, wash and blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Fry the bacon slices in a pan without fat until crisp. Remove the bacon.

    Fry the pepper strips in the pan for about 3 minutes. Deglaze with cognac, add cream cheese and milk and stir until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Swivel the noodles in the sauce. Serve with bacon and mangetables
