Noodle melon salad (picnic)

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 250 g fine ribbon noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 Watermelon
  • 1 Galia melon
  • 250 g Rocket
  • 60 g Pine nuts
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 8 minutes, drain and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Remove the seeds from the melons and first cut them into large slices. Cut the flesh into small pieces or cut out balls. Clean and wash the rocket and cut it a little smaller. Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat until golden brown. Mix the prepared ingredients.

    For the marinade, wash and puree the basil. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix basil and garlic with vinegar and 6 tablespoons of oil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Only mix with the salad at the picnic
