Cook the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes until al dente. Fry the giros in a hot pan for about 5 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash the zucchini and tomatoes. Cut zucchini into slices and tomatoes into slices.
Take out the giros. Add the zucchini and tomatoes to the pan and fry briefly. Season with salt and pepper. Take out. Deglaze the gravy with milk. Bring to the boil and stir in the sauce thickener. Grate cheese and stir 2/3 into the sauce.
Season with salt and pepper. Layer pasta, gyros, zucchini and tomatoes in an ovenproof dish. Spread the sauce over it, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.
Serve garnished with parsley.
