Ingredients

  • 300 g Tortiglioni (pasta)
  • 360 g Ham grill (ham sausage)
  • 2 Courgette
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (200 g) Processed cheese (salami flavour)
  • 150 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 1 collar Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. In the meantime cut the sausages diagonally into slices. Clean and wash the zucchini, cut them in half lengthwise and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Wash tomatoes, rub dry and possibly halve. Drain the pasta and chill.

    Heat the oil in a large pan. Brown the pasta in it. Take out. Fry sausage and zucchini in the frying fat for 5 minutes. Add noodles and cherry tomatoes. Add processed cheese. Deglaze with broth and let the cheese melt while stirring. Wash parsley and shake dry. Pluck the leaves from the stalks, except some for garnishing, and chop them coarsely.
