Ingredients

  • 1/2 Iceberg lettuce (approx. 300 g)
  • 2 packs Mini mozzarella balls (approx. 150 g each)
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 1 Onion
  • 5 TABLESPOONS dark balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 tin(s) (185 g each) Tuna fish natural

Directions

    Clean the salad, wash it, cut it in half and cut out the stalk. Cut salad into bite-sized pieces. Drain mozzarella. Clean, wash, halve and slice the radishes

    Peel onion, dice finely, mix with vinegar and mustard, season with salt, pepper and sugar. fold in the oil

    Drain the tuna. Mix salad, radishes, mozzarella, tuna and vinaigrette, season again and arrange in small bowls. Bread tastes good with it
