Mix oil and flour. Then add yeast, salt and half the water and knead. Then add the rest of the water and continue kneading.
Place in the refrigerator for half an hour as a roll of dough.
Then roll out the dough very thinly. Cover with a mixture of crème fraîche, cream, sour cream, cream cheese, onions and pieces of bacon.
Then season well and bake at 200 °C until golden brown.
