Nectarine particles with vanilla cream

Ingredients

  • 75 g Low-fat curd
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS low-fat milk
  • 60 g Sugar
  • 150 g + some flour
  • 1 TEASPOON Baking Powder
  • 2 Nectarines
  • 1/2 (500 ml) Package
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soya Dessert "Vanilla"
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix curd, oil, milk and sugar until smooth. Mix 150 g flour and baking powder and knead

    Roll out the dough on a little flour about 1/2 cm thick (about 30 x 30 cm) and cut into 4 squares. Fold the dough corners towards the middle. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the pre-heated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes. Let them cool down

    Wash the nectarines and pat dry. Halve and stone. Cut nectarines into slices. Stir the dessert cream until smooth and spread it over the pieces. Cover with nectarines and dust with icing sugar. Decorate with lemon balm

    For all those who have to watch out for cholesterol, desserts, yoghurts & drinks based on soya are an ideal protein supplement. You can get them in the supermarket with the milk products and in the health food store (e.g. from Alpro)
