Mushroom pan with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 Onions
  • 1.2 kg Mushrooms
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Herb Butter
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Onions peel and chop finely. Wash and clean the mushrooms and halve them according to size. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Heat herb butter.

    Brown the onions in it. Add mushrooms. Fry for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally. After 5 minutes add tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve each portion sprinkled with 1 blob of crème fraîche and chives.

    Serve garnished with parsley. Serve with fresh baguette.
