Mushroom - blueberry - sauce with rice

Ingredients

  • 200 g Mushroom
  • 1 piece(s) Onion
  • 1 toe/s Garlic
  • 100 ml Noily Prat
  • 1 cup/s Rice
  • 1 piece(s) Herb Butter
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 100 g Blueberries

Directions

    All chopped up, sweat it in the pan. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, thyme, vegetable broth powder. Deglaze with Noily Prat, add cream with the pureed blueberries, cover and simmer.

    At the same time put on the rice, bring to the boil, continue cooking for 1 minute, switch off.
