Drain the cherries. Crumble pumpernickel with your hands, mix with 25 g sugar and sprinkle with kirsch. Finely chop the chocolate and mix in. Stir quark, 100 g sugar and milk until smooth. Put pumpernickel, cherries and cream into 4 glasses (200-250 ml content) one after the other. Continue until everything is used up. Chill for 1-2 hours
