Ingredients

  • 150 g Pumpernickel
  • 75 g Dark chocolate
  • 6 TABLESPOONS sugar (e.g. browner)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS cherry brandy
  • 1 glass (720 ml) Sour cherries
  • 500 g Edible quark (20 % fat)
  • 1/8 l Milk

Directions

    Finely crumble the pumpernickel with your hands. Finely chop the chocolate. Mix both with 2 tablespoons of sugar and kirsch. Drain the cherries. Stir curd and milk until smooth, season to taste with 4 tbsp. sugar

    In 4-6 dessert glasses alternately layer pumpernickel, cherries and cream, finishing with cream. Chill for 1-2 hours
