Muffins with spinach icing

Ingredients

  • 50 g leaf spinach
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 250 g Icing sugar

Directions

    Heat the spinach and 2 tablespoons of water in a pot and let them collapse. Puree finely with a chopping stick. Pour the puree through a tea filter. Collect the liquid. Mix 2 tbsp. spinach water, spinach puree, lemon juice and icing sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Spread the icing on the muffins with a tablespoon
