Wash the tomatoes and dab them dry. Drain the mozzarella. Pluck 16 basil leaves from the stalks, wash and pat dry. Place each mozzarella ball in a basil leaf.
Put 1 tomato and 1 mozzarella ball in the leaf on a skewer. Arrange in glasses. Put some pesto on each mozzarella ball. Serve the rest of the pesto extra
