Ingredients

  • 4 light buns
  • 50 g Breakfast bacon in slices
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 (à 75 g) d
  • 1 TEASPOON Instant clear broth
  • 1 TABLESPOON dark sauce thickener
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 250 g Coleslaw

Directions

    Cut the buns in half horizontally. Halve the bacon slices. In a frying pan without fat crispy, take out. Roast the bread roll halves in the hot bacon fat until golden brown, with the slice facing downwards, remove. Put oil into the hot pan. Wash meat, dab dry, fry in hot oil for 1-2 minutes on each side, remove.

    Deglaze the frying set with 250 ml water, bring to the boil and stir in the stock. Stir in sauce thickener, let simmer for 1 minute. Season meat and sauce with salt and pepper. Spread half of the cabbage salad on the lower halves of the rolls, add the steaks. Add the rest of the cabbage salad and bacon slices. Garnish with marjoram and serve with sauce
