Minute steaks in lemon hollandaise

Ingredients

  • 1 green, yellow and orange peppers
  • 1 medium onion
  • 250 g Long grain rice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 bunch Thyme
  • 100 g Breadcrumbs
  • 25 g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 4 (à 100 g) thin pork rump steaks
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (250 ml) Hollandaise sauce
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice

Directions

    Clean and wash the peppers, cut out stars with cookie cutters. Peel and slice the onion. Prepare rice in boiling salted water according to package instructions. Wash thyme, dab dry, put aside some for garnishing, chop the rest finely. Mix with breadcrumbs and parmesan.

    Whisk the egg, season with salt and pepper. Wash the meat, dab dry. Season with salt and pepper. Turn steaks first in flour, egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry meat on each side for 2-3 minutes. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a second pan, fry the peppers for about 5 minutes, turning them several times. Heat the hollandaise sauce in a saucepan. Season to taste with lemon juice. Add the onion to the bell pepper and fry for 2 more minutes.
