Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 bunch/pot of mint
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 350 g Greek yoghurt (10 % fat)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Yoghurt salad cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash mint, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks and cut into fine strips. Peel garlic and chop very finely.

    Mix yoghurt, salad cream, mint and garlic. Season to taste with salt.
