  • 1 pack of Mini-Mozzarella cheese (150 g, about 20 pieces)
  • 15-20 g Potato chips with paprika
  • 1 TEASPOON Breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Flour

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella. Crumble chips. Add breadcrumbs. Beat an egg. First turn mozzarella in 1 tablespoon of flour, then pass through egg and finally roll in the chips. Place the mozzarella in a frying basket and fry for a very short time only!
