Ingredients

Servings: 9
  • 2 Mug (150 g = 20 pieces) Mini Mozzarella balls (for snack & salad)
  • 100 g Bacon
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 10 green olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Drain the mozzarella. Halve the bacon slices. Clean and wash the tomatoes. Halve the bacon slices.

    Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each half of the mozzarella balls and pin them. Fry briefly in hot oil until crispy. Put another olive or cherry tomato on the skewer as desired. Serve garnished with parsley
