Peel and chop the onion. Fry in hot oil. Sauté 2-3 tbsp. curry briefly. Add ketchup, chutney and juice, bring to the boil. Keep sauce warm
Just before serving, let the sausages steep in hot water for about 3 minutes. Arrange the sausages with curry sauce in small bowls. Sprinkle with curry. Small rolls or baguettes taste good with it
