Mini Burger with pork tenderloin

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Pork tenderloin (approx. 240 g)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 8 discs Toast
  • 125 g Cucumber
  • 2 Tomatoes (about 90 g each)
  • several sheets Lettuce

Directions

    Cut pork fillet into 8 slices. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for about 2 minutes on each side, remove and season with salt and pepper. Toast the toast. Cut out 2 circles (approx. 5 cm Ø) from each slice. Wash cucumber and tomato.

    Cut cucumber into very thin slices. Clean the tomatoes and cut them into 8 slices. Wash and clean lettuce and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Cover 8 toast circles with lettuce, tomato, meat and cucumber. Finish with one toast circle each. Tomato ketchup tastes good with it
