Mini apple strudel with vanilla sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Plates (75 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp TK-sheet pastry
  • 2 tablespoons (20 g) Raisins
  • 400 g cored apples
  • 1 TEASPOON lemon juice, some flour
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS condensed milk
  • 1/2 package unsweetened
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sauce powder "Vanilla"
  • 1/4 l milk, some liquid sweetener
  • 2 TEASPOONS chopped walnuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp lemon balm and
  • 7-10 Tbsp Apple slice
  • baking paper

Directions

    Defrost the puff pastry. Wash the raisins, dab dry. Wash apples, cut them into small pieces and immediately

    Halve each dough sheet and roll out to a rectangle (approx. 10 x 12 cm) on a little flour. Spread apples and raisins on top. Roll up the dough from the narrow side. Spread with condensed milk. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes

    Mix the sauce powder and 2 tablespoons of water. Bring milk to the boil. Stir in sauce powder and bring to the boil again. Flavour with sweetener. Sprinkle strudel with nuts and decorate if necessary. Serve with vanilla sauce
