Knead minced meat, egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Form 4 oval flat steaks. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the steaks for 5-6 minutes, turning them over more often. In the meantime, wash and pluck the thyme.
Coarsely chop the olives. Crumble feta, mix with olives and 2⁄3 thyme. Season with pepper.
Place a piece of baking paper on a baking tray, place steaks on top and spread the feta mixture on the steaks. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: see manufacturer) for 8-10 minutes.
Clean and wash the zucchini and slice them lengthwise into thin slices with a wide peeler. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry the bell peppers and courgettes for about 10 minutes, turning them over.
Stir in the rest of the thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve everything.
